1. Acceptance
By downloading or using RegBrief, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old.
2. License Grant
AIviation LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RegBrief for personal, non-commercial reference purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
3. AI Features Disclaimer
Pro subscribers may access AI-powered features (summaries, Q&A) using Apple Foundation Models. AI-generated content may contain errors or misinterpretations of regulations. This content is for study purposes only and does not constitute official FAA interpretation. Always verify with official FAA sources before making any operational decisions.
4. Subscription Terms
Pricing: RegBrief Pro — $2.99/month or $19.99/year (USD; may vary by region).
Free tier: Core search and reference features are free. AI-powered features and advanced study tools require Pro.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Payment charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Account charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end.
Managing subscriptions: Manage and cancel in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Refunds: Processed by Apple. Contact Apple Support through your App Store purchase history.
5. Intellectual Property
Federal regulations (14 CFR, 49 CFR) and the Aeronautical Information Manual are U.S. government publications in the public domain. AIviation LLC claims no copyright in the underlying regulatory text. The app's UI, search functionality, data compilation, AI features, and branding are © 2026 AIviation LLC. "RegBrief" and "AIviation" are trademarks of AIviation LLC.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app
- Citing app content as official FAA guidance in enforcement proceedings
- Distributing or reselling access
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." AIVIATION LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REGULATORY CONTENT MAY BE OUTDATED OR CONTAIN ERRORS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP REFLECTS CURRENT FAA REGULATIONS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIVIATION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. EU consumers retain rights under applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
